Procedure for Obtaining Possession
- How to Apply for Possession: Members must fill out the provided application form and submit it along with the possession fee to obtain possession. You will also need to include certain documents, such as a deposit slip for the possession fee, a copy of your membership letter or allotment certificate, a copy of your CNIC (national identification card), and an affidavit in favor of LSC.
- Statement of Amounts Due: The finance section will provide you with a Statement of Amounts Due (SOD) based on the measurements and location of your plot. They will also give you a Post-dated Cheque Statement (PDCS) for the required payments.
- Approval from Building Control Department: Your application will be processed by the Building Control Department (BCD), and they will grant their approval.
- Physical Possession and Possession Letter: Once approved, the BCD will invite you to visit the site to take possession of your plot physically. They will also give you a possession letter.
- Submitting Drawings and Obtaining Construction Permission: If you plan to construct a building on your plot, you must apply for drawing submission and obtain permission for construction services.
- Start of Construction: It is mandatory for members to begin construction within six months from the date of receiving possession. Plots that fail to comply may be repossessed.
- Fees for Utilities Connection: The fees for connecting utilities will be determined according to the company’s policy.
- Owner/Member Presence Required: When submitting your plot possession application, it is necessary for the owner/member to be present. If the owner/member cannot be present, a special power of attorney must be provided on their behalf.

- Waste Disposal: Builders are responsible for disposing of debris and waste from the construction site at the designated waste disposal area and restoring the plot area after construction.
