Lahore Smart City, the future of Pakistan’s real estate industry, has announced the long-awaited balloting of plots in the Overseas One and Executive One sectors. Lahore Smart City Balloting Criteria
The balloting of Overseas One and Executive One blocks will take place on 13th May 2023.
- Minimum 40% to be paid in each file to include the file in upcoming balloting before 21st April 2023.
- In order to choose the plot of their own choice, member has to pay minimum 60% payment before 21st April 2023.
- Important to note that in first ballot, we have limited numbers of plots, therefore, do not wait for last date.
- In order to be part of first balloting, member has to get acknowledgement receipt to make sure that are included in the balloting.
- This is applicable both in Residential & Commercial properties of all categories.
